Concrete Driveway - Garage floor maintenance
 

Last year our driveway and garage floor was painted and was interested in any suggestions on yearly maintenance requirements.

One neighbor informed me that the driveway and garage floor should receive a new coat to protect it.

Another suggested a yearly deep water pressure cleaning was all that was required for both the driveway and garage floor.

Unfortunately the guy who did our driveway is MIA. Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks

We had our driveway painted in 2009 and resealed the following year per the painters recommendation. Other than spot cleaning and hosing off dirt occasionally nothing else. Still looks good.

Did you have both the driveway and garage floor resealed ?

Our garage floor was never painted. There were two prices for resealing one for spray the other for rolled on which was more and I heard better. We got the sealer rolled on.

We used Concrete Creations for our driveway and Artisticrete for our lanai. Both were good. You could do the resealing yourself but there is a skill to getting it even.
