i have a 1999 48 volt. 2 ? how do i reset the computer. does this cart have a tow/haul switch. my cart has weak charging. it started quick. when you plug in the charger, it only goes 3/4up. detects, and comes back on only half way now. will only charge around 2 hours and shuts down? batteris are less than yrs old. yes they are full of water. also can i bypass this computer? thanks Jimmy
