Construction Update Flyover 12-31-2020
 

Here’s an update on the construction going on in The Villages. It’s the end of the year (thank goodness and goodbye 2020 you miserable beast!) and a lot of growth has happened.

I’ve had to take a short break between videos due to the holidays, teaching at the Enrichment Academy, getting my first book out to print, and sadly dealing with the health of one of my dogs, Jesse, who’s been diagnosed with cancer and the loss of his mother, Sadie, last week.

2020 has been a year like no other, I’m sure most of us are going to see it gone and behind us.

To start the new year off I will be starting a new YouTube video series called 10QV, the first episode will be out in about 2 weeks. It will complement the construction videos and information I’ve been putting out these last 2 years. Look for it, I’m sure you’re going to enjoy it.

Seems to be a lot of YouTube videos out these days about The Villages. Nobody comes close to yours when it comes to quality and accurate information.

Another excellent video, sir. My condolences on the passing of your girl. Wish the best for her son.

When and where a new town square?

Thank you! Great way to start the new year.

The "town squares" going forward look to be slightly different that the 3 current ones. Sawgrass Grove in St Catherine will be similar to the town squares with entertainment and shopping but on a smaller scale.

The next area will be south of Monarch Grove, looks to be more in line with the size of the current squares. I would anticipate seeing site work begin in this area this year in order to keep up the current building pace.
