Townhouses at Spanish Springs

We are searching for a home in TV and like the location and look of the townhomes adjacent to Spanish Springs TS. Anyone have info on the area and whether they are difficult to resell?

There are 4 for sale right now, why don't take a look at them in person. My opinion, they don't stay on the market long, what's the first rule of real estate, Location. However, they've been selling for the same price in the $300K range since I've been here ten years. So they're not a money maker as far resell. The only negative is being older they're might need some maintenance, namely the barrel tile roof. I noticed one of them have replaced the tile with a aluminum roof. If you like the style but not the location, there identical type homes at Glenview Country right on the golf course. I saw one for sale in the newspaper at Glenview yesterday.

If you go on You Tube, there is a channel called The Villages Expert. It is run a by an MLS real estate agent, Ira Miller. On July 20, 2020, he posted a video tour of a listing at 1226 Avenida De Las Casas. At the 15 minute mark, he flies his drone from the home to Spanish Springs to show how close this neighborhood is to Spanish Springs. I'm sure this home has sold by now, but the video itself is interesting, and the flyover portion from the home to Spanish Springs may be helpful for you. I don't have information on how difficult these homes are to resell. Best of luck to you.

Update: It looks like this home may still be on the market. Now being sold through The Villages sales office.

Overpriced but nice location

Where we bought we looked at them. They are in a nice location but we thought overpriced . Homes nearby are much cheaper, but you might have to ride in a golf cart to get to the square. Many of them are two stories, and we did not want stair climbing all the time. But they certainly are very well located.
