Foreigners coming to Florida to be vaccinated
 

I don't have a subscription to the WSJ but there is enough of this article that can be read which says Florida is vaccinating non US citizens. The vaccine is paid for my our government yet Florida is vaccinating non US citizens. How can this be?

idk, this sounds like some kind of 'bait' for haters. IF it's true, we don't know why they had the shot-maybe they have to, to board their flights home? isn't jfk requiring travelers to get a shot?
