Buena Vista South of 44
 

I took a drive down Meggison South of 44 yesterday and thought a sign at one of the roundabouts had Buena Vista on it. The original plan had what is now Meggison called Buena Vista. The Villages owns a sliver of land just West of the country club entrance, are they going to realign the 44 and Buena Vista intersection and extend the road South? On the map it looks like the new MMP and water are in the way.

Yes, there is a plan and work is underway to extend Buena Vista from 44 to the traffic circle south of the Wildwood Country Resort development. There is some rerouting that goes along with the work but the Buena Vista/44 intersection will not move. The map you reference is 3 years old, the picture attached are newer and depicts the agreed to final routing in yellow.
