MLS Real Estate Agent Recommendations
 

Recommendations for an MLS real estate agent would be appreciated. We Will be renting for several months beginning in March. Looking for someone willing to spend time with us while we figure out what and where we want to buy. Thanks in advance.

I noticed you only received one reply regarding MLS agents, that should tell you something. If you were to ask for a Villages agent you would get more response. This s the MLS realtor I have used. He is wonderful. Very friendly, easy to get along with and worked really hard for me to purchase the home I wanted. I will be closing on February 4 and he has been there to help me along every step of the way.

She and her team sold our home in 5 weeks. We had great service, great communication and we highly recommend the whole team.

In 2018 when we purchased we had a VILLAGES real estate agent and an MLS agent. The MLS agent we worked with was Diane Trexler out of Ocala. She was extremely organized and fantastic. Ultimately, we purchased the VILLAGES real estate agent because the property we settled on was for sale by the villages. Despite that Diane remained professional and supported us all the way. Her number is 352.208.4651.

Regina Rodriguez with Century 21 has sold 10 homes for me and they were all the n market less than 2 months. She personally got rid of items in one home herself to get it sold!

Jim McLaughlin was the person who helped us with two new homes. He is ethical and wise and NOT PUSHY. He works for The Villages and he showed us used homes too at our request...we opted for new. We completely trust him.

Karol Clark is married to the wonderful fellow who posts photographs of The Villages. She is an MLS Realtor. I haven't ever used her, but I have read enough posts on Facebook to see what a remarkably astute and decent person she is.
