New Lanai?
 

We're in the process of planning (and pricing!) a Lanai addition to our Royal Palm floorplan. Not only are we looking for advice on contractors for a block & stucco, shingled roof, addition........but we'd LOVE your advice on whether to add a fireplace or not? We do NOT plan on enclosing it with windows....only screens......and a small 2-1/2' or 3' wall all around. Thoughts? Suggestions? Advice? Thank you in advance! :coolsmiley:

I would go with the fire pit, we this much more useful. Our can set up to 6 people around in (it is circular), uses standard 5 gal propane cylinder, and it is moveable when we change floor plans.
