Veterinarian Recommendations
 

I moved here permanently last May and am looking for references for a veterinarian. Thanks, in advance, for your responses.

i love dr porter on 301. real nice guy & rates that don't break the checkbook. @ all costs, stay away from VCA clinics/hosps.

Dr, Huff. Leesburg. 352-326-8940, most Village vets are double in fees.

Here is another vote for the Animal Clinic of Leesburg. We have had very good luck with them.

We too use Dr. Porter in Wildwood. Also, for those in need or looking for someone closer to home, a new groomer just opened in Wildwood in the plaza at the intersection of 301 and 44. Dandy Doodle Dog Grooming 352-748-2771. We had our Labradoodle groomed yesterday and she does a great job at a reasonable price. Currently just a one girl show with room for growth.

Also look at Oxford Animal Hospital...right behind Geos.

Dr Girard worked at Colony Animal Hospital and left to start her own practice.

We and others left to join her. She is a great caring Vet. But Im sure other Vets are good too...just have to find one you are comfortable with.
