Handicap Van for wheel chair & scooter users, where to buy?
 

My aunt is moving to the Villages in the fall. She is new to a wheel chair, and has been using county support for travel to stores and such. My family is considering buying a Wheel chair accessible van for ease of travel for social, church and other type of travel. Where is the best place to purchase a Wheel chair accessible van locally?

Mobility Express, a website that specializes in mobility vans, has just one with rear entrance and is under $20,000. Bookmark that site and autotrader and go back each week, the inventory will change. They're in New Port Richey Florida, about 75 minutes away.

My sister had the rear entry van. She loved it! If a handicap parking spot wasn’t available, it didn’t matter. Ramp folded out the back of the van.

Triple S Mobility in Pinellas Park, but they now have a location in Ocala. Google it for more information, nice people, good service, great van. They even bought the van back when her family didn’t need it anymore.
