Lake County Health Department COVID vaccinations at Lake Square Mall
 

I had my 1st vaccination (Pfizer) at Lake Square Mall (Sears Store) on January 29th and was told that I would be contacted to schedule my 2nd shot for February 19th. I have not been called yet. I have a neighbor who received first shot (Moderna) at Lake Square Mall and they are now doing a drive-thru. She was rescheduled for 2nd shot at that time. Has anyone else had their 1st vaccicnation (Pfizer) at Sears Store in Lake Square mall and if so, have they been rescheduled for their 2nd one yet?
