Is Publix providing written (email) confirmations for the vaccine appts made online?

Yes, you should get an email almost immediately after making the appointment confirming both appointments. Then, you will get a letter in the mail reconfirming the second shot about a week before the appointment.

We got everything via email right after making appointment...
