Just a heads up that Florida Palm Designs is branching out a doing cleaning, sealing driveway pavers. My experience was not a good one.

First they did diamond cut my two Sylvester palms. They look good but learned later that the $400.00 charge might have been high.

That lead to having him bid another job. Cleaning and sealing pavers.

The original cost to clean and seal all my paver areas was $2000.00
After starting job he changed the scope and said it needed higher level of cleaning with chemical cleaners. This added another $775.00. Then the sand was blown out and another adder of $450.00 for sanding small area not entire area.
Then when sealing was started I was told sealer was not going far enough because it was absorbing to much. Gave me option to buy my own sealer and I could do it my self. Basically he was done and driveway was inadequately sealed. While I was away owner pressured my wife to write out last check for $1000.00.
Job ended up costing me $3125.00
All along he said if you’re not happy with the job you don't pay but this was not the case. This check was cashed before work was completed.

I ended up having too buy additional 5 gallons of sealer and applied it myself. The job now looks good after I spent 5 hours properly sealing all areas.

I would not recommend Nathan Stafford at Florida Palm designs.
