A ways back, I saw a thread about possible new tenants for the old Cody's site at Mulberry Grove. Any new info?

Site work has started I believe. It is Lake or Marion County. Last by it in January while going to Lowe’s and Walmart. It will be nice when it is done.

The current rumor is Ford's Garage, but until I see actual activity, I won't believe anything. Fords Garage | Prime Burgers, Craft Beer, American Comfort Food

well, it's under construction now on 441 behind the Wawa, next to Lowes.
