Hammer Toes
 

3 years ago, I'd never heard of hammer toes. Now I've got 'em and they hurt.
I've visited the podiatrist just today, and he was quite helpful.

That said, I'd like to get some input from people who have the condition and how they (successfully) deal with it long term.

Had fusion and two tiny plates installed, two toes. The toes were made to look normal but don't quite make contact with the floor.
