New Villagers in Southern Oaks. Any suggestions on best lawn maintenance company (dependable, good products and workmanship) for the price?

Probably best to check with your neighbors. Many grass mowing services give better prices when they are doing several adjacent yards at the same time. Plus, your grass will be the same height as your neighbors.
