Is there or has there been a trolley that would transport people between the 3 town squares?

Suggested/requested numerous times - never happened! How much would you be willing to pay for that service? Where do you expect the trolley would pick you up? Do you think folks would complain if there was a fee for the ride and because they were not picked-up and returned to their home? lol
