Maybe some good news...got nice offer on the house in NY...I said YES.....YES ...waiting now to see if we can go to contract....to all who have already wished us luck..thank you..keep up the prayers and we will bring ST JOSEPH with us..I think He'd like the villages.....still need to get to contract..As PTURNER :pepper2: said "get out of dodge".....

St. Joseph sits in a prominent position in our house! Got our first offer after saying the prayer and planting him.

People got cold feet today and may back out..my realtor told them be ready to go to contact next Friday or deal is off the table,..I dont understand people...are you ready or are you not??
Im learning patience is a virtue for sure......
