How hard is it to find tenants
 

I am considering purchasing a Courtyard Villa but can't retire for 2 years. I am thinking about renting unfurnished annually. Will it be easy to rent?

You can always find a tenant but you can't always collect the rent. There is a little risk in any investment.

We have had long term unfurnished rentals since 2010. Long term rental is few and far between. Bonus is you don’t need furniture, net, so initially cash outlay for owner is minimal. Our average amount of inquiries is about 40. This year a little different we only had 23 inquiries. Most of the time for us same tenets renew multi years. Have never had issues with rent for eleven years.
