Looking for Easter Lamb Cake in the Villages
 

Used to have one every year back in Chicago, anyone seen this here in the villages?

That looks more like an Easter DOG cake! Doesn't look much like a lamb. :)

Forgot all about lamb cakes. I bet you remember that delicious basket cheese you could only get at Easter as well.

I'm a Chicago boy. My mom used to make the most delicious lamb cakes you'd ever taste. She had an iron(?) mold in the shape of a lamb, wish I still had that. Brings back wonderful memories.

But no, hadn't seen one in years/decades.
