We're currently using T & D Pool service. There have been some changes lately, so we're evaluating other possibilities. Is there any comparable pool/spa service that you are using and that you would recommend?

Tri County does a great job for us

I terminated T&D today. Tri County is my new service.

I went from Tri County to T&D. Won't go back but T&D is having problems staffing. Unemployment must pay better.

Check out the site troublefreepool.com. Site is great for DIY pool cleaning. It's not hard to do, and you can be sure it's actually being done properly and at the right frequency. FAR cheaper than any pool service around - and your pool will be cleaner :)

We just went through the process of finding a new pool service company this week after T&D failed to show up again. We talked to 3 different companies, all offered the same price ($10 lower a month than T&D). We spoke with Nirvanna, Trident Pools and Tri County Pools and Spas. Decided to go with Tri County after reading many very good reviews of their company and services. We were told that they were getting over 40 calls a day from T&D customers looking to switch.

Tri county not taking any new customers

We have been using Central Pool & Spa Services for 2 months. Chris does a great job cleaning and adding chemicals when needed. I highly recommend him and his company.

I agree with the positive comments on Tri County. They also are a Pentair warranty provider. Just had them out for something on Friday and confirmed that they are again taking new customers.

No one showed up from T&D this week. I wonder if we will get a 25% credit?

T & D, now Patriot, has been doing an awful job of pool service. I am on Tech number 8 since January 1. They have missed several weeks of service during the past few months. You have to call them each time to get a credit. I am now looking to replace them.

When I had our pool done I went with T & D because I wanted one company to do it all. Pool, solar, birdcage, irrigation changes, AND ongoing service. Today I would get someone else to build it. With the sale of the service diversion and the total failure of that decision, their build service will also suffer once folks learn how bad ongoing service is.

We dumped T&D pool service (now Patriot) months ago when they more than earned the label..."UNRELIABLE".

We still use T&D equipment maintenance group that has retained good service and response over the years.
