Wondering if anyone played at any of these courses recently? what were conditions like?

Harbor Hills
Arlington Ridge
Summer Glen
Black Bear

Some friends of mine played Harbor Hills last week and said it was great.

We played at Arlington Ridge last week and found good conditions. (unfortunately they had just sanded the greens so I expect that has cleared up. Fairways had good growth due to overseeding. Still a nice course and helpful staff.
