Can't Hook Up My Teckin Smart Plugs to The Spectrum Internet New Router
 

Had to update my Spectrum Router and it's a new Router which I can't split the 2.4gHz and 5 gHz anymore and now I can't hook up my smart plugs.

Everything else hooked up easy but just can't get the plugs hooked up.

Spectrum can't help me, and Teckin can't either, so has anyone else had this problem and found a way to get around the concern?

There are several YouTube videos on how to hook them up. Have you viewed any of those?

I hooked them up on the old router and been trying just like I did before, except they don’t.
Are there videos out there which highlights my concern?
