Need a person to remove wallpaper..and more!
 

We are closing on a home in TV in two weeks and need quite a bit of work done on it. First we will need someone to remove the wallpaper! We also will need a painter, good flooring company, company the refaces kitchen cabinets, and a birdcage addition. Any recommendations will be appreciated!

I would replace rather than resurface kitchen cabinets. Probably cost less, unless you mean painting them.

You will need ARC approval and your contractor one or more permits for the birdcage. ARC approval typically around 2 weeks and no cost, but do not skip this as you might have to remove your addition.
