Eft tapping

I just had a discussion with a friend who has a great experience with EFT TAPPING for her insomnia. Does anyone in The Villages conduct tapping sessions?

I do tapping a lot. There is a wonderful online group run by three siblings. They have been doing this for a long time professionally. Google The Tapping Solution. You will find many tapping exercises, you may try many for free. Be sure to watch the how to tap video first.
EFT is very effective for all sorts of things. Try it !
