Trust Attorney
 

Trust Attorney. I have narrowed our choices down to three Attorneys to prepare a Trust for us. If you have received legal assistance from any of these three do you recommend that attorney and if so why. Thanks in advance. The attorneys are Amy Pittman, Eric Millhorn, or Burns and McLin.

We used Andrew Curtis in Fruitland park. Rather simple process so any of your choices would work.

Millhorn has a separate group that handles trusts, wills, estate documentation.
They do an excellent job. They provide hard copy as well as thumb drive.
Reasonable cost.

We use Amy Pittman and are very happy with all her work.

Revocable Living Trust
 

I too have made up a Revocable Living Trust / Power of Attorney / Living Will and have gone to various Trust Attorneys including Amy Pittman and have decided on MILLHORN & SHANAWANY Law Firm located behind Billy's Cafe Restaraunt and near Cracker Barrel,

The Person I have dealt with is "SHAM" SHANAWANY" and is prompt, courteous and 1/2 price of what others are and has no problem changing, modifying or appointments.

There is also FREE CONSULATION for charges, advice or what you need in order to have everything correct.

I have been going to him on 4 years now changing beneficiaries, or modification without expensive cost. You will find he is a great guy

We have used Amy Pittman a couple times and are thoroughly satisfied. Quick, professional and reasonable.

Note that there are two different Millhorn Law Groups. We used Millhorn Law on 301 in Oxford and Wedgewood Lane in the Villages. We would not use the other Millhorn group as friends who tried that office had less than desirable results at a different price structure.

To my knowledge, Mary Trotter and her partner Ed Soulsby are the only attorneys in or near The Villages who are Florida Certified Elder Care Attorneys. I used Mary.
