Having problems with T&D pool cleaning services lately?
 

We have been with T&D pool cleaning services for 8 years. They preformed their services very well. Until the last 6 months.
They miss as much as two to three weeks. Never know what day they will show-up. I pulled my records and the pool filter hasn’t been cleaned for two months. I asked one technician to clean it because it hadn’t been cleaned. He said he would but drove off and didn’t clean it.
I heard that they have been sold. Is anyone besides me having trouble?

There have been lots of threads on this. If you are switching, Tri County is unable to accept new customers at this time.
I fired T&D and went with Trident. The owner is a former Navy Seal. He came to my house within a half hour of my inquiry to give me a quote. Service is very good and price is in line with everyone else.

Their cleaning service is no longer " in house". They have sold that part of the business to another entity. I am sad about that. TandD does everything VERY WELL in my opinion. It is a business model. I am sure it is meant to free them to build rather than keeping a work force for this purpose.

After 15 years we quit T&D a couple of weeks ago.
As mentioned above spotty at best service. Every week a different day. Sometimes no day that week. Every week a different fill in tech.
The techs barely know what they were doing....no cleaning of filter.

After short interview of Shawn with Trident Pool we hired them. Our pool and hot tub has never been this clean.

We still use T&D for equipment maintenance and just had the re-screen our bird cage. These parts of the business remain customer satisfaction focused.

The T&D service division is being renamed Patriot Pools, and like many other businesses are having a very hard time getting workers. We cancelled after 8 years and went with Tri County, very happy so far.

Still with them but having those same problems. Looking for new service now.

Happy to say we have a wonderful girl from T&D who started with us about 6 or 7 weeks ago. She comes the same day and does a great job, so far. We have been with T&D for 11 years and have only had two techs who were bad. We hope the good service continues.
