Simple advice for all of us here in The Villages.

I saw this 'online' a year ago.
It has become my mantra since then.
I try not to waiver too much, but I'm only human.

Overall, I have found that it is a GOOD thing.
Good for the B/P, good for the heart, good for the mind, good for the soul.

Highly recommend>
