Anyone know where I can get a glass panel about 3’ x 5’ ?

Depending on the use - any facility that mounts photos should be able to cut it.

You do not say what you are using it for. There are many different types of glass.
The thickness, color-how clear it is, frosted-so that people cannot look in, tempered-the stuff used in cars that breaks into squares. Glass with wire in it making it harder to break. Non glare glass that lessens reflections-it also lessens contrast in art.

A glass place can surely advise you and show you.

Another vote for Lake Glass. A glass panel on my hutch broke. I traced a template and took it to them. Next day I had a perfect replacement. Reasonable price and super nice to work with.
