Furnished or Unfurnished for Long Term Rental
 

We have a CYV which we will offer for long term rental. Seeking advice from those with long term rental properties-In your experience does the demand differ for properties that are (a) fully furnished (b) partially furnished or (c) unfurnished?

I have reviewed a number of posts addressing the short term vs long term rental but did not see a post which addressed the above question.

I would suggest that you give the renter an option. There are furniture stores that can furnish a villa in a day, if the renter is willing to pay more rent. You can either buy or rent the furniture.
