New version
 

I know someone asked the other day on if the old version was still available... and I was still actually using it... when I opened up TOTV today I was logged off (which never happens) so I logged back in and now seem to be stuck with the new version... which I hate... in the past if I had to re-log in I was sent to new version but there was always an icon I could click on to return to old version at the bottom of the page... is that not available anymore?? if it is please tell me where to look thx.

I sent a message to the support team but haven't gotten a reply???

There is another thread on this topic. Apparently, you are stuck with the new version. But, according to TOTV, 95 percent of users prefer the new version.

Change in anything it difficult for a lot of people. It's usually fine after a short time.

The exact reply from TOTV Team was

It says "use" not prefer. I don't think many have a choice really. I don't anymore since I clicked on the banner to go to the new version on the laptop. I can't get back to the old version since then.

Silly question, as I am not a power user, how do I know if I am on the old vs new version?

The old is pretty much all in green ....the new Salmon? or a kind of pink?

I am typing this post on the Old Way! I must admit it is glorious. Thanks for helping us out. The TEAM does a lot to help us out in a very thankless job. Good Job. Bravo.

UPDATE: well after several days of having to use the new version which I hate, I opened up TOTV yesterday afternoon and surprisingly had the option again to click on the old version... I waited a day to see if it would revert back and luckily it stayed ... It's GREAT to be back...lol...

Reminds me of college. Everyone complained about the cafeteria food, which was mandatory. So, the college made it voluntary. But, so many students cancelled the food service that they had to make it mandatory again the next semester.
