I'm so glad the rumors were true! Can't wait for opening!

It is a regional “chain”, but we’ve visited two locations in SWFL several times and enjoyed every meal. YMMV …

Well, I still consider it to be a rumor.

The article in the online news site opens with,"Ford’s Garage will reportedly open a restaurant at a former Cody’s Original Roadhouse location in The Villages."

Translation: We read on Talk Of The Villages that Ford's Garage will ...

After the opening sentence, the rest of the article is simply PR jibberish from the company's website.

However, I do hope Ford's garage will be coming.

Same site that reported PF Changs was coming to Brownwood. It never happened and Harvest is going into the supposed Chang's space.

Another chain with the usual unhealthy food.

2nd place in that building is going to be the charm.

Better off empty or better off with a Ford. Time will tell. Wasn’t it just yesterday that we couldn’t wait to go out to eat somewhere? Well, now there is another somewhere. I wish them luck.

The Mulberry area needs another restaurant. The menu, to me anyway, reminds me of Miller’s Pub. Which is a good thing! We will definitely give Ford’s Garage a try.

Why is that? Maybe not enough grazer’s around to support the so call healthy high priced chains.

If people really wanted healthy food at restaurants you would see a lot more serving it.

It's a noisy, fun place (even the bathrooms are cool), with blah food, after all it is a chain covering three states, for now. We went to the first one that opened in Cape Coral, as we lived in that area. Ford himself had a winter home across from Edison's winter home in neighboring Fort Myers.
