There a couple of computer clubs ion TV that may have members willing to help, while I have done a lot of things with computers, webpage design is not one of them. Also, there are some website that offer this as a free or low cost service if you use them for hosting your site.

I use GoDaddy hosting for my business website which has multiple pages. GoDaddy has web templates that make it very easy for a novice to get a website up and running.
