The most beautiful house in the villages

There are many beautiful houses in The Villages. Is this number one?

Yes, very nice. What's the reason for filming and publishing it? Do you own it and plan to sell? Otherwise, sort of an invasion of privacy, in my opinion.

Re: invasion of privacy.
I do agree, however under the law it is not. As far as invasion of privacy you will be shocked how much information about you is on the internet. On me, I used to laugh about what it said about me on spokeo. I do not give valid information out on surveys. Spokeo used to say I am over 150 years old and money, more than Buffet. My aunt, now in assisted living, must have looked it up as she is the only one listed that I know. I will not call her to object. But, she does not know when I was born or my birthday.

As Mark Twain said we make no progress because we lose what was. I would be lost without my computer but, what we have lost is privacy.

Not meaning to debate the laws of privacy with you, but filming the front of the house from the street comes pretty close to it, if not invited to do so.

You didn't respond to my question, however: your reason for it. Hey, how about those guys who were filming in front of the school on Rolling Acres? They were on public property but still got arrested.

Nice!

Is it really a two store home? Only two windows up high and they look more like decorative ones.

There is nothing illegal about filming a home from the street. It isn't as if he used a telephoto lens to look in the windows or anything. That said, the house might be larger than most here but I don't find it particularly impressive. It is a nice home but it looks like every other house, just larger. Shrug.

Zillow, Google maps, and many more websites would be in a pickle if it were a privacy violation.

From the voice it may be an outside real estate agent who sells houses within The Villages who has made several videos about TV.

It’s ok but I don’t like second floors, I have that in the city up north. I am not fond of the lanai facing a busy golf course. But the landscaping is very nice. And the location in general is great. In many ways it is a beautiful large home.

Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder, to me the most beautiful house is the one that welcomes me.

Depends on whether the street is private?

Taltarzac725 06-13-2021 01:15 PM

Not all that impressed by it. Have seen many homes I like more here in the Villages.

When we lived in California and Google started their Street View program, you could put a sign out front saying "no google" and they claimed they would not film that house (or would blur it out). Not sure how well it worked but at least they gave
you the option
