Bladder dropping

Think my bladder is dropping? What can be done about that? Don't want surgery for it has anyone had any success with a surgery?

A doctor can measure you for a pessary. A plastic ring you wear internally to keep things in place. My mom wore one for years without ever having problems. She really did not like the idea of surgery either.

My mother had the surgery yrs ago with the net and was so sorry. She was in terrible pain afterwards tk u

My wife had it surgically repaired about 10 years ago and it was an easy recovery and she has had no issues since.

Ask your PCP, your situation is unique to you, and the only sound advice your can get is from your care provider.

If you have medical insurance get a urology appointment for consultation. If no insurance come to TOTV for medical consultation

Depends.

These are anecdotal stories, also used in research. Not advice. What do you suppose people did before there were medical schools? I realize we are much better off today due to current medical practices. I don’t tell my doctor what to do professionally, but in the end it is my body and I have only one.

Dr Weber UF Shands

Office in The Villages. Very good. Also works with Dr Heft.

Excellent surgeon. She is both a gynecologist snd urologist snd has a 93% success rate in bladder repair.
Good luck!

There's been a lot of issues/massive pain/law suits with bladder mesh surgeries. Before you agree to this type of surgery if it's suggested please do your due diligence. I wish you well.

Think? Have you had a confirmation from a dr yet? I would discuss options with them depending on your age and situation.

See a Urologist, preferably UroGyn.
