Shuttle Service?
 

I met a guy last evening that says he is starting a golf cart shuttle service that will go between all the square. He says open containers will be allowed legally. I'm not sure how is able to do that.

I'm not sure if something like that will work or not but if it takes drunks off the roads more power to him

Seems like a nice idea - until the rider[s] find themselves in the wrong square after the shuttle service has ended!

Thought re "if it takes drunks off the roads" - how did the shuttle rider get to the square to begin with? If the rider is under the influence wouldn't we want the service to take them home rather than to another square?

I would think the drunk person would have time to sober up a little by riding. I asked the same question and he told me that it would stay running until 10 at night an hour after the squares close

I always thought a golf cart car Uber service would be a good idea. Even have two drivers and we will drive your car back to your house.
I would also be nervous about it, a driver knowing where drunk elderly people live.

I would be concerned about lack of liability insurance.
