Courteous Restaurant Staff-Legacy Restaurant at Nancy Lopez
 

During this visit to The Villages, hands down the most courteous staff i have encountered were at Legacy Restaurant at Nancy Lopez Country Club. The food was excellent - chicken salad sandwich and lobster bisque soup. Jessica, the server was A+, and Michael the manager, came over to the table to see how lunch was going which I always appreciate. I put these comments on the comment card that came with the check.

Also kudos to the staffs at the outdoor bars at Bonifay Country Club, Prima Italian Steakhouse and Amerikanos Grille for their superior service, especially in the heat and humidity of Central Florida in July.

We stopped at Scooples in Brownwood for a quick bite and had the most delightful waitperson there. I didn't get her name but she was attentive, funny, took personal responsibility for any issues that came up and, I'll have to admit it, was really cute (though what young person isn't cute to us old farts?). The funniest thing she did was a little bow after talking to each customer. I don't know where she learned that but it was a quaint kind of politeness that I found endearing.

Agree. We had lunch at Lopez on Thursday and the service and food were of high quality. They aim to please.
