Watering / house-watch service
 

We closed last week on a house in St. Catherine's but won't move in for several months. Can TOTV members recommend a service to set our sprinklers to a schedule ? A house-watch type of service is also wanted. Any suggestions ?

Our realtor answered my question. Sprinklers set on schedule already.
Can't wait to move to TV and meet my neighbors.

We closed in St. Catherine at the end of June, but won't be back until October. We signed on with Empty Nest, at $100/month. They will do inside/outside inspections every 7-10 days. Check their website(?) to see all the checks that they do. One nice feature is that they can be there to open up your house for deliveries from Amazon, etc and also to let in contractors to make any repairs that you flagged during your first week after closing.
Regarding your sprinklers: They should have been set up already to water on a standard schedule that is appropriate for your area. Empty Next will also check to make sure that all your watering zones are working. But again, check their website to make sure!
