Older Model Homes Spec Look ups

Is there a site where I could look up a specific older model home (interested in Marathon & Stonybrook) - where I can find the year that certain model was designed, what villages have the most of them, etc. I would like all info on these two models. I have a huge spreadsheet going on and it comes down to these two.

thanks for any info !

Those are two models I have never heard of and...I can't think how you would find them by model. I applaud your diligence with the spread sheets. Do you mind sharing what you like about those two models over the others??

They are villas.

mgm4444,

I sent you a PM.

Sure, Gracie -

1. It's what I think I can afford.
2. No grass to mow.
3. Small enough to clean fast.
4. The kitchen flows right into the dining area.
5. IT'S IN THE VILLAGES !!

Everything I want! - I see alot that were built in 2004/5...so they are not new model homes.

Stoneybrook and Marathon are villa models that are still being built so you can see their floor plans and data sheets at The Villages new homes page.

Lyle Gant (great MLS broker who advertises on TOTV) has a cross-referenced list of old and new model names at http://www.lylesellsfla.com.z57previ...a21a0eafaf.pdf
He has lots of other useful information on his website, http://www.lylesellsfla.com.z57preview.com/index.shtml

Also, if anyone out there does live in either one of these villas (approx. 1138ft.) could you share approximately what your household bills come to a month (minus telephone/landscaping)?

thanks again !
