Swim Spa turning green
 
Our Swim Spa had suddenly developed a severe case of algae. We have it serviced weekly.

What should we / he do to prevent and bet rid of it?

I have lived here for fourteen years and have never seen a public or private swimming place have green algae.

My wife and I had a Spa at our NJ house, I managed it for 8+ years.

Does it have a uv light? If so is it burned out?
