Curious about the percentages of snowbirds and full timers
 

I'm curious: does anyone know what the percentages are for snowbirds and for full time residents? My guess -- and that's all it is: just a guess -- is that the full timers outnumber the snowbirds by something like a 60/40 or 70/30 ratio, but I was hoping that there's a more definitive number somewhere.

Ask a Villages realtor. I think they have a good feel for this.
