New Amazon Prime Scam

I pay for my Amazon Prime membership monthly. On July 15, while I was on vacation in The Villages, I received an email from "Prime Support," stating that my July payment could not be processed because my debit card had expired, which it hadn't.

When I returned home, I logged into my Amazon account. My membership fee was processed on July 7, so the July 15 email was a scam.

So if you get an email from "Prime Support" be on guard. Damn scammers. :swear:

Just to clarify, this is not an Amazon scam. It is a scam by scammers who have no connection with Amazon. It is very common for scammers to pretend to represent a large company like Amazon.
