Need the name of a good home appraiser
 

Hi, I received some great suggestions for the home inspector I asked about, I need to find an appraiser also. Could someone please suggest someone that can do an appraisal without costing an arm or leg and can deliver that service inside of a month. I have been told it takes more than a month to get one to the mortgage company. Thank you for your help.
