We’ve used Joe Hudson Auto Repairs after a deer hit us, and were very happy with the experience.

NOT Plaza Lincoln

I can tell you NOT to use Plaza Lincoln of Leesburg. A simple $2500 bumper cover replacement has turned into a nightmare. They finished the car on a Thursday but when I called on Friday, I was told that they had to file a supplement to my insurance company. They would NOT release the finished car until my insurance company paid the $200 additional charge. Days go by and my insurance company says they have nothing from the adjuster and can't write a check until the adjuster approves it and they know the exact amount (obviously).

So our only vehicle is held hostage while the Collision Dept. of Plaza Lincoln points fingers at my insurance company and my insurance company says it's the collision shops fault for not submitting a supplement before they finished the work.

Days waiting is now turning into weeks without a car. Neither the dealer or my insurance company will offer me a loaner car in the meantime. I can't rent a car because they have none to rent. "They're all out. We have no cars here. Maybe go to the airport."

We are now missing doctor's appointments because we have no transpiration to them. Plaza Lincoln just doesn't care. All they want is another $200 from my insurance company.

And I'm not about to pay the $200 for something I'm not responsible for.

I advise everyone to shop for cars and service somewhere else.

They are a good shop. We used to own all the Car Guys Collision Repair locations. we sold them to Joe Hodson's several years ago. Nice people. Keep us in mind if you need help in the future.

We also used Joe Hudson and before them you I guess. Because your guys went with the deal the consistency of work was great. I can only assume your current shop is as good since hiring the right folks makes the difference and when it was Car Guys you had great folks.

I used Bill Bryan Buick collision repair on my BMW X5. Excellent job. Referred to me by German Autoworks.
