Anyone know what's happening with the Rialto movie theater in Spanish Springs?

It’s in a state of perpetual renovation it’s controlled by the developer.

It will open when they decide what they want to do with the theatre.

Rumor has it they will tear it down and replace it with a demolition derby for golf carts.
