Our house sold, we're on our way!
 

Sold the house and will close on Oct 19th. We'll be on our way to TV on the 20th. For awhile we wondered if it would ever happen. The real bummer is that there isn't a 3% incentive this month. I guess we will wait to order until November to see if they have an incentive that month. Three percent makes a big difference. It's the price of a new golf cart!!!:D

Don't rule out existing houses. We bought a turnkey house in Virginia Trace in March even though we don't plan on moving there full time until 2012. We couldn't pass up the deal! By the way I had a '69 MGB back in '74. My brother & father also had MGBs at the same time. We loved driving them but had to keep a toolbox in the back seat! Many carburetor problems! I have a friend who is restoring an MG Midget right now.
