It's a photograph:1rotfl::1rotfl::1rotfl:

Seriously, the resolution didn't come through well on my screen, but perhaps it is rug juniper?

It looks like a little became a lot and perhaps too much?

Things grow here so well that much of gardening is removal.

I think golfing eagles is right.

it looks sorta like juniper, a very brittle hardy groundcover.

Plants around Florida - sleep, creep, then leap.

Not sure why you are asking. Cooperative extension will likely be able to help you. It looks like someone is doing intensive care of it. I do see one weed bottom right.
Heck if I only had one weed, anywhere I would be thrilled. I am growing rain lily, pop up lily, also called fairy lilies It is a small bulb. Today I noticed two blooming about 12 feet from where I planted them. Planted by accident by me? Planted by an animal?

A rose by any other name ............ If, you want more of it, you might try rooting hormone,
layering, you damage a branch, leave it attached to the plant, put rooting hormone on a part you have deliberately damaged and put soil on top of that part.

I have an app on my phone that identifies plants and flowers easily. Check App Store on your phone.
