Quite frankly, I think jbartle is incorrect. Most people would turn it in, rather than keeping it. Maybe I’m just an optimist.

Over my decades of living I have come to believe that the vast majority of people are honest. While there may be exceptions, they have proven to be in the minority. Glad you got it back.
