Joe Biden constantly reminds me why the liberals were so scared of Sarah Palin as Vice-President. He just has a way with the issues and with the language to get his point across that a person of Sarah Palin's stature would never have been able to emulate.

Richie, It’s not nice to pick on the mentally challenged. Biden does his best with what God gave him. I do believe he is Obama’s court jester, only he doesn’t know when he’s being funny – the poor guy.

Richie, that is so true! Biden is so articulate! Remember when he commented on Obama in 2007:

"I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy," Biden said. "I mean, that's a storybook, man."

I think the standard is an incumbent can be as dumb as a door knob
 

and fresh thinking choices of we the people are taken to task.

AND......the door knobs get re-elected.
That should be telling in and of itself....eh?
