You seem to assume the owners/billing dept of this website will see your post...not usually. And I am truly guessing that is what you're referring to as you also assume if you just mention "billing" with no company it means this website..it does not. Go to their office at Sumter landing town square.

Although he misspelled "ad" it was clear he's talking about "ad billing." Meaning - billing, for people who advertise here. And you can tell he's an advertiser because his name is in red, and under it, it says "SPONSOR". If that's not enough of a clue, check out his name - it's the name of an actual service. how can you so completely misunderstand my post? It was all about not being able to contact the owners of the website to answer his ad issue and not anything about who is or what he does.
